About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Better Living, a brand of Cadence HR AI, LLC (“Better Living,” “we,” or “us”). They cover your use of Better Living, including the website at betterliving.coach and the app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Better Living.
The beta
Better Living is an invite-only beta. Access may be limited, changed, or paused, and features may change as we learn from early households.
Wellness, not medical advice
Better Living offers general wellness and nutrition guidance. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Coaching outputs are informational and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice from a qualified human expert.
If you have a health condition or concern, talk with a qualified clinician before changing how you eat or move. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
AI-assisted coaching
Plans, recipes, and coaching are prepared with the help of AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment, and check ingredient labels for allergens yourself. The AI Coaching Disclosure has more detail.
Your account and household
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Members of a household can see the household’s shared plan and lists. Contact us at hello@betterliving.coach to export or delete your data.
Recipes, photos, and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Better Living for you and your household.
Third-party retailers and grocery services
Sending a shopping list or cart to a third-party retailer or grocery service such as Instacart, Walmart, or Kroger is coming soon; it is not available yet. If we add it, we will not place orders or pay for anything on your behalf: you would decide whether to send a list, and you would complete any purchase yourself.
Those services are run by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies. They set prices, availability, substitutions, fees, delivery, and refunds, and Better Living is not responsible for them. Any prices or availability shown in Better Living are estimates and may differ at checkout.
Affiliate links
Better Living does not use affiliate links today. In the future, some links may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. Commissions will not decide which recipes or ingredients we suggest. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Fair use
Please do not try to access another household’s data, disrupt the service, or use Better Living for anything unlawful. We may pause or close an account that does.
Limits
Better Living is a beta service provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or Better Living will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise, and you and Better Living agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for meaningful changes we will tell account holders before they apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
